The brief

Casa Alba is a twelve-room hotel on the Alentejo coast. Almost every booking came through travel agencies, each taking a cut. Tomás wanted guests to fall for the place before they ever saw a price.

What we made

A slow, sunlit site: rooms told through morning and evening light, a seasonal menu from the kitchen, and the booking engine woven into every page instead of hidden behind a button.

How it went

Direct bookings doubled in the first season, and guests keep telling the front desk that the website “felt like arriving”.
